Do you want more self‑confidence and does theater sound fun? In the Confidence Booster you work on personal development in a playful way, using exercises from the world of theatre. No therapy, no acting classes, just a creative and safe space to explore who you are and how you want to show yourself.
There is a part of you that is self‑critical, restrained, or perhaps even fearful. Sometimes it feels as if that is who you are. But there is also another part that is playful, curious, and lively. That’s a part that wants to experiment rather than perform. In this course we give this part a boost. You will gradually overcome your insecurities through small theatre experiments.

The Confidence Booster helps you rediscover your creativity, expressiveness, and inner strength. You’ll experience in mind, heart, and body that you don’t have to be held back by the negative voices in your head. That grows your self-confidence.
This training combines lightness with depth. The exercises are practical, fun, and liberating. You move from self‑criticism to playfulness, from worrying to doing, from insecurity to strength, and from bravado to authenticity. While doing the exercises, you gather experiences that help with assertiveness, setting boundaries, fear of failure, visibility, giving presentations, or personal leadership.
The Confidence Booster was developed by I LOVE ME and has been successfully delivered across The Netherlands for 15 over years. I learned from I LOVE ME how to teach this course and now I offer it independently. I’m a warm, unfuzzy, and playful facilitator.
